Best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London. Lara really took note of where I was in pain and where to focus the hour on! The hot stones were fantastic as she used them to massage you rather than just place them on top of your back! She sent out a form beforehand which gave you the chance to say what you wanted out of the massage and how firm/gentle you wanted it etc which was great as often it can be awkward to say something when you are mid massage! Would definitely recommend

Great massage! Lara is very professional and friendly, at my first appointment she provided a good consultation based on my needs. She also checks what is preferable pressure and gave her suggestions too. I had a constant pain in my back, it felt so much better even after my first appointment. I came second time two weeks later and I do not have pain anymore. I also enjoyed the massage itself, very relaxing. Super! Thanks Lara! See you again soon.
