I had a haircut at Salon Pimps and Pinups on 30/01/24 at midday. Unfortunately, the cut was uneven. Upon calling for correction, I was informed the manager was out of London and would return on Monday, but no callback occurred. When I contacted the manager later, they disputed my visit, questioned the authenticity of my haircut photo, and displayed rudeness. This experience was quite unprofessional and left me dissatisfied.
