I had booked with Natalie but was seen by another stylist, Lena. (The salon had told me in advance.) Lena was good but not as experienced with cutting curly / wavy hair. Rather than having each curl isolated and the cut dried with diffuser, my hair was all blown out straight. The cut is fine but not as cohesive as usual. Overall ok but it would be good if stylists could be trained on styling different hair types.
