I had accidentally booked the wrong treatment. I had booked a blow dry instead of a cut and blow dry. however this wasn't a problem and I just had to pay the difference on the day. A good haircut, friendly staff without being overbearing. Listened to what I wanted and was quick and professional for the haircut.
