It was my first time at Pimps and Pinups, and it will certainly be last. Having arrived arrivedd 10 minutes before my appointment I was then made to wait another 30 minutes before being seen only after I found another member of staff at reception after the first staff didn’t seemed bothered to find or inform my stylist. No one seemed to query the person sitting at reception for 40 minutes. Whilst waiting I also found the seating area covered in hair and later found out that once the stylist is finished with you they don’t dust the extra hair off you with a brush. Furthermore getting to the stylist seat proved to be hazardous as I found my self tripping on the hairdryer and straighteners wires that weren’t put away properly. There is a lot more that can be said about Pimps and Pinups that isn’t great..especially for the value for money, for £10s more you could go to Vidal Sassoon or Tony and Guy and get a much better experience.

I did not have a very clear idea of what kind of haircut I wanted and the staff gave ideas and advice and I got an amazing haircut! I could not be happier! Definetly I will be coming back!
