My first time at P&PU, not sure I'll be back. The receptionist was really tactless, and quite abrupt and unprofessional, when taking payment. There was some confusion with the 'discount' added this end that caused an incredibly uncomfortable discussion the receptionist; who just listed the cost of the services which is frankly useless to me as I'd booked via Treatwell for a block price.
