Root color was ok, but the haircut was very disappointing. I asked for the same haircut I had last time, just to freshen up the grown-out layers and fringe, and had photos from the day it was cut - but was told it was not possible because of how my layers are cut. I was confused as this was how it was cut at the salon the last time, but after a couple of tries to explain, I stopped arguing. The haircut looks horrible now, doesn't suit my face so I will be looking to go somewhere else to fix it

Delighted with my experience here! Romina was excellent and attentive, she understood what colour would work best for my hair and was so lovely throughout. The salon was clean and in a great location. Highly recommend!
