There’s absolutely nothing negative I can say about my experience. Olivia was brilliant so efficient, kind and did my hair exactly how I imagined! She listened to my ideas and offered advice. Also I have never in my life had a cut and colour done and dusted perfectly in 1.5 hrs.. I have a lot of hair and I am usually in the chair for at least 3-4 hrs! Whole experience was great and I’m looking forward to booking in again in future :)

They dried and curled my hair just the way I could have done it myself at home. My hair was flat a few hours later.

Was visiting for the 1st time & Olivia was listed as one of the senior stylists so decided to go ahead with her. I hadn’t gone with any specific hairstyle in mind & Olivia wasn’t very helpful with many suggestions. Honestly it didn’t seem like she was into it. I only properly checked out my hair once I was back home and it looks really bad. It doesn’t suit my face or hair type at all. A few friends actually laughed at me. V embarrassing & I’m really disappointed as it was a v expensive haircut.

Gianni did an incredible job: fixed all the damage I had done with box dye and made my hair colour look lovely and natural. Will definitely be asking for him here next time!
