Beyond impressed. After 6 years of searching, I’ve finally found someone (Romina) who can produce the perfect tonal, creamy blonde. This was no accident. Romina has the theoretical knowledge and qualifications to back her process. 10/10 for highlights and bonus points for understanding how to work with hair extensions.
