I’m overall happy with my hair but the cleanliness was poor. It looks good from the outside but the inside is pretty dirty. The mirrors all have marks on them & it’s really dusty! The brushes weren’t cleaned either & had hair from previous customers. The customer service was ok but really lacking. I’m used to being greeted warmly, staff being smiley & being offered drinks/magazines while my hair is being done but it was severely lacking. Overall experience just OK
