I went in for a lycon hollywood wax, an underarm wax, and an eyebrow wax. I was very satisfied with the lycon wax. The pain was minimal, and my waxer made me feel very comfortable. She was very social and friendly. The wax came out great, she took her time and didn't miss a spot.
For the eyebrow wax, I would of liked a bit more of a defined shape. But I can't complain too much.
For the underarm wax, I was left with some hairs.
I would like to say, that from the position I was put in, I could not see when she prepared the wax. So I couldn't see if she was blowing on the wax to cool it down. Although I doubt she would, she was very cleanly. But it would put me at ease, if I could see.
Overall great experience, I would recommend to my friends.

Lorna was recommended to me by a close friend last year and I now go regulary for waxing, nails and massage treatments.
Her salon is perfectly positioned in Leeds, with great ambience and decor inside. Lorna is so friendly and professional and her massages are the best I have had! Lorna has a wide choice of treatments at great prices, would highly recommend! :-)
I have been going to pin up beauty for various treatments since it opened. I have had manicure, pedicure, waxing, spray tanning and currently having IPL. Lorna is professional at all times but also makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I love the salon, it has a relaxing vibe and decorated beautifully!
As for the treatments I have recieved.....wow! Always come out feeling a milllion dollars!

I have recently been to Pin Up Beauty. The salon is located in the northern quarter of Leeds City centre. It's easy if you are getting public transport as is in walking distance from the shops, but I chose to park, right outside.
I was given a warm and friendly welcome by the rather beautiful Lorna. She was extremely friendly and also professional as she listened patiently and attentively to my requirements.
The treatments themselves were to a very high standard. Intimate waxing can beboth painful and eembarrassing, but Lorna made me feel relaxes and made me laugh. The waxing didn't hurt either. It's a special wax that looks like criptonite!!
I also had the most invigorating back massage and 'channelled' my energy, so relaxing.
Now my nails..well wow. I love shellac, but it never stays on and I can honestly say that with Lorna doing my manicure, the shallac was on for two weeks..!! Lovely colours to choose from too.

Lorna is an absolute professional who provides excellent service on a wide range of treatments. She really takes her time to listen to what you want and need and I always leave the salon feeling gorgeously groomed and pampered! It's not easy to find a good waxer and Lorna makes you feel at ease for even the most embarassing waxes!
