I've been coming to Lorna for a few years now. I usually get the Hollywood wax and it is always painless and she is extremely thorough. She's also a lovely person, very easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. I've always left the salon feeling satisfied. There's a reason she's won awards, she's the best in the business!

Absolute perfection. I was seen bang on time, was put at ease and conversation was very relaxed, which is sometimes awkward in a Brazilian situation! The deed was done within 30 minutes. Fabulous. Best wax I have ever had! Highly recommended.
