When I entered the shop everyone was very kind and they directed me to see Lorna, who immediately made comfortable. She used hot wax and I didn't feel anything (even though i haven't had a wax in a long time and my period is due). She's super fun and professional. Everything was clean and she surely got a new regular.great job
