I booked incorrectly so there was initially insufficient time for my BIAB soak off but the team were early accommodating and switched timings round to ensure I could keep my appointment. They did a great job, really proficient and so friendly. Super grateful for the flexibility too

The wax was ok… I wish I had a bit more attentiveness during it it just felt a bit rushed and not the most friendly staff either. It was quite cheap for a Hollywood wax though so you do get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend but I would go again if I had to.
