Didn’t listen to me what so ever, I asked for an extremely light tinting as I had a big event coming up very soon and explained my worry to them - they ensured me that they understood and gave me full confidence that it wouldn’t be too dark (eyebrow tinting). They left it on for over 7 minutes (which I have since found out should have been around 30 seconds) and my eyebrows came out black. Too which she said they will wash out after. They didn’t. 100£ in tint removers, shampoos, and new treatments to thin and remove eyebrow and eyelash colours and finally I look somewhat respectful enough to attend my best friends wedding. Utter incompetence. Waste of time and stress.
