After reading all the amazing reviews I decided to give this place a try. Now, I went in with VERY high expectations but unfortunately they did not meet them! I will however say that the lady who cut my hair was the most loving soul ever! She was polite and smiley and did a great job although she has been working on her feet all day and this is the only reason I gave the stars I did. But if you ask me about the overall experience then I would say it was very mediocre. The salon is extremely small and not in very good shape as compared to the other salons in the area. When I went in the owner or "boss lady" greeted me and asked me to wait by asking me to sit on a chair nearby and all the time i waited she did not offer any tea, coffee or water to me or anyone else! In this day and age when offering beverages is the basic salon etiquette, she did not even bother asking how I was or needed anything while i waited! She was also rather straight forward with her approach and was not at all warm with the clients.. every so often she would crack a fake smile to the customers and then the next minute would go back to her grumpy face! The girl who did my shampoo had the most annoying way of washing hair and her fingers were so limp that she didnt even wash the shampoo off my hair properly! All in all I am happy with the way my hair turned out but that was only and solely because of the lady called Mari who was the star of the show!
