I booked for a full head highlights using Treatwell. I have used them before as I like the option to pay beforehand. I was not expecting any additional costs as I had already paid and was shocked to find that I was charged an additional £45 for toner. Rather than just doing this I should have been asked if this was okay. Also, the stylist had very long nails that kept digging into my scalp when she was washing my hair. The actual highlights looked nice but the overall experience wan’t great.

Owner was friendly and kind. Offering drinks and cut just the right amount. Listened and did exactly what we asked. Very skilled. We felt like princesses when we left. Really pampered!
