Laura is the person you should go to for a Brazilian waxing! She pays attention to details and spends more time with you than others would and I can guarantee that you will be satisfied! Laura also recommended me some products which I've been using and they are amazing. She was very comforting and made my visit very pleasant despite the pain that comes with waxing. I am considering travelling to continue seeing Laura after I've moved to a different area in London. Laura made me feel beautiful! X

I did not feel that the stylist was focused on providing me with the best experience at the salon as she was interrupted many times and stepped away a few times to answer the phone and walk in customers despite there being other workers who were free.
The skill of stylist is not in any doubt but the service and hairdressing experience could improve
