Had an appointment to get infills today. The salon was busy and despite not having enough staff to cover, they kept accepting walk-ins, and appeared to rush with treatments to prioritise walk ins.
My treatment was awful. The technician caught my skin twice with the electric nail file, leaving me with cuts. She wasn't paying much attention throughout, and at one point was discussing the bookings for the day with another staff member instead of concentrating on my nails.
My nails were so badly shaped, none of them were even or the shape I asked for, and they were all lumpy and thick. Another staff member then had to help, but they still ended up uneven and awful. From all the filing they ended up very uneven in length too, with some nails noticeably shorter than others. I explained that I didn't like them and it was very evident that the shape was bad, and yet the salon offered no apology and no discount. I ended up being there for an hour and a half and left completely unsatisfied. I have also now had to attempt to make them look a bit better myself at home.
Waste of my time and money, and I will not be returning again.
