Visited Pink Nails for first time. Even though they have good prices and many colours to choose from, overall service and quality of nail polish good be better. I had my first wee chip soon after I left the salon, and I am now on my third day and more has chipped off already. Customer service could also be improved. Being myself a trainer for customer support, they could engage more with customers, and even if tired or bored, which is natural, it is important to not let it show, as it can make customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Finally, when my nails were cleaned, by removing some dead dry skin, I started bleeding, and it should have been addressed more, not even getting a real apology for it
Luxury pedicure was nice however the member of staff was rushing the process rather than putting in effort to create a relaxing pampering session, not a lot of care was being put in to massage the feet rather the product was just being applied and the therapists attitude was to get the treatment over and done with. I would go back as the pedicure it self was good however I would specifically ask for therapist afy.
I had a lovely lady do my treatments I think her name is Afy. She was very professional & chatted away, she didn’t rush the treatments and done a great job! Very friendly salon 💖
