The two young girls did not appear qualified and indeed one caught my cuticle and made it bleed. It took a hour for gel. The extensions were filed trying to get them even until they were too short and don’t even look like extensions. To top it all the girls wanted to charge salon prices as they said we had not paid treatwell at booking. They did eventually honour the original price. The girls were nice but clearly were not qualified and had minimal skills.

Although the girls in the salon were lovely and accommodating, the gel manicure wasn’t great. Cuticles were removed with tools causing cuts in 2 places and sore nails the next day. I chose a light colour which the technician wasn’t very good at applying, having to do 4 coats in order to create a solid colour. Several smudges on the edges of my nails.
