Not enough staff in to cater for all the online bookings my toes where a mess
I’ve had my nails done by Claire twice now and she really goes above and beyond! I’ll definitely be back :)
It was my first visit to Pink Nails Co. The wee salon is very convenient and good value for money. That being said, despite starting my treatments a bit earlier than my appointment time, the treatments really took a very long time. I had a gel manicure (upgraded from a file and polish under the advisement of one of the team) and a deluxe pedicure - and it took almost three hours. Although I wasn't under time pressure, I hadn't banked on it taking longer than the 1h30 listed. This made the whole experience just a bit less relaxing than it could have been. The team were really lovely and I would certainly go back - however the timing of the treatments could really be improved upon.
