Lovely wee salon - can tell it’s quite new as it seems they haven’t quite got into their routine yet. Nails were amazing, however the staff could do with improving their customer service and professionalism - working on greeting customers when they first come and sit down, and how they communicate and interact with each other in front of clients. If they work in that this will be an amazing salon!

The treatment took alot longer than advertised but my nails do look amazing so i would not have minded however I booked a set off peak price on Treatwell, when I arrived no one asked my name so never knew what I had booked, i did mention i booked on Treatwell but was just asked to pick a nail colour, when it came to pay i was told my booked treatment included polish but they had used gel polish so the price would be more than agreed, i advised i was only paying what was agreed which they did accept but i feel if they had taken my name and looked at my booking the embarrassment could have been avoided, felt they were just trying to get more money, such a shame because my nails are lovely but i would not go back, also parking is a complete nightmare anywhere near the shop.
