One member of staff at this salon was extremely rude and unhelpful. Booked through treatwell, computer booking did not work properly (treatwell’s fault). Called salon to rebook on phone, was given a time to come in. Turned up and was told that we did not have an appointment at this time. I know other people who have had bother with bookings here too. One staff member tried to help, but her colleague was rude. Save yourself bother. Avoid!
