This was my first pedicure so I was a little nervous but Sobia made me feel very comfortable. The treatment itself was wonderful and extremely relaxing. I usually find it a bit awkward getting to know new beauticians but Sobia was extremely nice, very easy to talk and get along with. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Have visited this salon before, and was delighted with service. Not so on Saturday. First of all, trying to phone them from 1000 till 1030 with no reply. When I got to the shop they did not seem bothered that phone had been unplugged. I tried to add an appointment on for my daughter and to say the response was vague is an understatement. Both girls working had no interest whatsoever, although the girl who did my manicure was the most friendly of both of them but seemed very unsure of what she was doing and did not understand what a gel overlay was. The girl who did my pedicure was awful, she cut my toenail till it bled and did not seem interested, she also eventually agreed to do my daughters luxury pedicure and gel polish, she got one coat of polish, hardly any foot treatments, apart from she was very keen on using hot towels which left her free to do nothing, really no massage or anything. My eyelash tint was a disaster, left salon to go to Waitrose and by the time I got there looked like a clown with huge black marks under my eyes and running down my face - also my eyes stung so much could not see and she just shoved two cotton wool pads in my hands to wipe them, did not offer a mirror to see them, had to ask..................never, ever again!!!!!
