After over 2 years of getting my nails done at this place I decided to stop following a bad experience. Up until this point I was very happy with the service I received but last time was extremely disappointing and I left without even getting my nails done. After 1 hour and 45 minutes of appointment for a shellac manicure I wasn’t done and when I asked to take it off the lady used the wrong drill to do so. I was very much over it at that point. Which is a shame but no quality no more visits.

Always great service as usual! Had an issue with my nail and they fixed the problem straightaway! I’ve been coming to Pink Nails for 2+years and have recently moved out of Colindale but will always come back to them! Can’t recommend this place enough!
