My nails were filed down too much and not enough coat was put as a result within 2 weeks one long nail completely snapped off and two nails still attached to nail bed cracked. I mentioned this to them on my next visit but the staff simply were not interested when I told them and literally could not care less - I live locally and for me building trust and understanding is key as once I like a place I am loyal forever. Shame
