I think they should offer a drink before you ask for it & also turn the massage function on the chair whilst having a pedicure.. overall quite satisfying apart from feeling that job was rushed as it was getting quite busy... acrylic nail come off within a week which was annoying.. also they chase you for money for add ons hardly letting you go toilet 1st which I found quite distasteful hence the lower score this time & will probably not return
