My appointment was at 1:30 and I wasn't seen until 2:20. Nobody said anything to me when I walked in and after i'd been there for 40 minutes they informed the woman next to me that it would be another 20 minute wait for her and therefore longer for me. My pedicure started when I should have been leaving. The pedicure was good, a large selection of colours and the lady made sure everything was perfect but my toes were a little red and quite painful after the treatment and for the next day. I was given 15% off a new treatment due to the wait.
