Went to have a root tint with a junior stylist, quite straightforward. Explained that my roots are quite resistant to colouring and the dye needs to stay on longer, and needs to be checked before being washed off. I wasn't listened to and after blowdry, most of the greys were still visible. More senior stylist then corrected it. I'm happy now with the result, disappointed that I was still expected to pay the full price. Disappointed that the manager seemed to "blame" the junior stylist.
