I went for a balayage and a hair cut. I showed a photo of what I wanted. I spent around £170 and came out with orange hair. Not only they got the colour wrong, but the haircut was all heavily layered, which is nothing like the photo or what I asked for. They kept saying how nice I looked. I emailed them and all they offered was a toner to be put on top. I did not ask for a refund but I should have asked for at least half of my money back. They didn’t even admit they made a mistake. Disappointing

I went for a consultation a week before my appointment. I showed pictures of what I would like my hair to eventually end up as. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem but I would have to get olaplex done. When I returned a Different person done my hair. Bleached it in blocks. Didn’t use olaplex. Went back last wk to get highlights 2try and even it. The stylist was shocked at how bad it was and asked where it was done. Then refused to do highlights. But wanted me2pay to dye it back dark! Stay away!!
