Full head highlights by Elena who arrived with the mixed colour - no consultation on the colour l would like.
I stated l didn’t want too blonde, more brown- she didn’t reply just started doing the highlights.
When time came to wash out l heard her say ‘’ it’s too blonde’’ then walked very fast away, came back and put what l presume was toner on- didn’t say a word to me. Then cutting my hair she mentioned ‘’very blonde’’ again!
End result too blonde highlights - will not return.
