This was my first time at this salon and I was very impressed. The staff are friendly and curtious. Roya cut my hair and she paid a lot of attention to detail, and cut it exactly how I would like it. I will be passing the word on how great this salon is to my friends who live locally. I shall be back.

The premises haven't been maintained as previously. some trays were dusty. My hair was washed well but the towel used afterwards felt a bit damp.
Roya parted my hair in the middle to cut it when I'd told her I had a parting slightly to the left. I asked her to layer it but there are hardly any layers. I asked her to layer my fringe but she didn't. She dried and styled my hair OK but I hadn't asked for that to be done, She didn't charge extra though which was kind.

It was the first time my son was having a haircut done at pink and rose. Upon approaching the salon, my son had an ABSOLUTE meltdown, was in floods of tears and refused to even step foot in the place. Roya went above and beyond to get him inside, even saying that he can have his hair cut outside! She managed to coax him inside, get his hair washed, cut his hair and styled it fantastically.
Roya is a very talented hairstylist and very experienced! We left very happy with a great haircut.
