I had to wait 30 mins for my appointment with no communication from anyone as to how long it would take or apologies that they were running late. Instead, numerous staff finished off their clients and went upstairs for a ‘break’. I was extremely disappointed that one of the staff members came in with a bottle of beer and was drinking this whilst the other did her hair. Very inappropriate during working hours whilst there were children in the salon.
