The overall experience was okay. The cut was fine (standard cut to trim split ends). I understand new years eve is busy but my simple wash cut, blowdry and conditioning treatment which should be maximum 1hr40min took 3 hours . I was sitting in the chair from 10.30-13.30 because of tending to
Other customers. In addition to this, i got charged for having long hair after , despite my hair being just below my shoulders.
