Despite several calls to ensure they knew what we wanted, we still spent 40 minutes of treatment time talking about it. The stylist was not friendly or understanding of customer service as I kept explaining that it was a gift and not to discuss the price in front of the recipient. It clearly went over her head and she blamed the owner for not knowing what to say when I booked. I could say more. Will not return. The hair looked good and lasted for what we needed but not worth the headache.
