I was satisfied with the eyebrow tinting and waxing, although none of my close family or friends noticed any difference. I was told by my best mate that the change in my eyebrows were "subtle". The beauty bed had a disposable paper cover, which was obviously used before and Claire confirmed this when I asked. I was expected to lay down on this paper and had to insist it be changed to fresh new piece of paper. Then the paper was replaced with a shorter new piece, which I pulled up onto the pillow, so my hair would not be touching the pillow. Scrimping on paper is unhygienic and this spoilt my experience.

Friendly staff and excellent service, got my eyelashes tinted and my eyebrows done and tinted as well today, and I couldn't be happier with the result. 100% recommend.
