This was a great experience! The salon is lovely, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and I felt like I was in friendly and expert hands. The massage left my tense shoulder muscles wonderfully relaxed and I would definitely visit the salon again.

I was satisfied with the eyebrow tinting and waxing, although none of my close family or friends noticed any difference. I was told by my best mate that the change in my eyebrows were "subtle". The beauty bed had a disposable paper cover, which was obviously used before and Claire confirmed this when I asked. I was expected to lay down on this paper and had to insist it be changed to fresh new piece of paper. Then the paper was replaced with a shorter new piece, which I pulled up onto the pillow, so my hair would not be touching the pillow. Scrimping on paper is unhygienic and this spoilt my experience.
