Really happy to have found somewhere open on a Sunday! Staff were friendly and offered a big range of different treatments. The wax felt a tiny bit rushed but the outcome was good. They only take cash - no card.

The value for money and location had drawn me to this venue however my experience was not great. Upon leaving the salon after having my nails done I had notice me that my nails well dull displaying white lines through them. I have had nexgen for the past 8 months and had not seen this before. I contacted the technician who told me to come back. After three failed attempts it resulted in having a gel polish over the nexgen overlay which is not what I had asked for but as an attempt to make the failed nexgen attempt look better. Overall I spent almost three hours in the salon and came out with not what I had asked for along with now scabs across my cuticles from where the technician was catching my skin when buffing.
I have never had an experience like this when having nexgen and will not risk this again so I will not be returning. I think maybe it was clear that the technician may not have been very experienced. The lack of colours for the powder was also very disappointing.
