Went previously and loved my cut, booked a senior stylist again in hope of getting the same lady. The guy I had instead was quite rough when washing my hair, which is usually a lovely relaxing part of a haircut. I showed him a photo of the cut I'd had done there before, but he went straight in cutting in a lot more layers than the other lady had. It's not a bad haircut, it's just not quite what I asked for.
