While the stylist is a nice enough lady, my hair was frizzy, the cut mediocre and I was disappointed with the overall experience. The salon's lack of windows and ventilation made it feel claustrophobic, and the presence of previous clients' hair on the brush was off-putting.Improvement in cleanliness and ambiance would greatly enhance the salon's appeal.
