Another great visit here, had a cut and and blow-dry and I'm really pleased with the results. Friendly staff and Lucy made sure I got the cut I wanted.
This is the first time I've EVER left Pinkk dissatisfied. I knew I was going to cry so made a quick exit. Crossed the road put a bobble in and sobbed.Looked back and they were closed! I'm not too good at the terminology and did tell the girl this, so had lots of pictures. I don't know where it went wrong, she took my phone to a senior with a pic of the colors..not the cut..she was really helpful! I tried to explain the cut, I went in with long blonde hair and left with short brown hair in a very short Bob. Ironically when going on the site today to leave a comment the girl who did' my hair now has 40% off all her work as the stylist.
