I missed my appointment so was with Gemma for the first time , all good except the stain marks around my hairline were about a cm down from the hairline and did not come off with stain remover.

I have been to Charlotte before to get my highlights done and a cut,was really pleased,she did my hair just as I wanted it,cut it beautifully and the colour is still good after 2 months, have just been in for a fringe trim and again excellent cut and welcome from Charlotte,excellent service
