I was made to feel extremely safe in the salon - from waiting for Charlotte to do a thorough clean of the area between her last client and me and also throughout the appointment.
I have been getting my hair done by Charlotte for 8 years and am always happy with the results. Charlotte gives the best blow dry and her colour knowledge is second to none.

Charlotte is wonderful. Her salon is a very friendly place to come to even during these difficult times. It was reassuring to be in such a well organised environment with all precautions taken. Charlotte gave me an excellent haircut and blow dry as well as some really helpful advice. I have had numerous compliments on my haircut.
