Charlotte has done a brilliant job of preparing the salon to operate with strict hygiene requirements post COVID lockdown. I was delighted to get my hair done - colour cut and blow dry. Charlotte Is a professional and very talented colourist and stylist. Despite the PPE, she was cheerful and welcoming and I felt completely safe.

Being one of the first clients back since lockdown and feeling a little apprehensive about my appointment, I was immediately reassured that every measure possible had been taken to ensure the safety of staff and clients.
