I was kept waiting for 10 minutes because my therapist was helping with nails. No one really spoke to me during this time which was very weird. Later when she told the nail tech she needed to leave as her client was there, the nail tech made a face. I found that very unprofessional especially given that I had been waiting for 10 minutes.
Nevertheless when the treatments commenced the therapist was great and professional. The Indian head massage was amazing and I would come back for that.
