I have been a client at Pinks for about 10 years or longer. I booked my Christmas Eve appointment at the beginning of November with my preferred nail tech. To my horror, on the morning of my appointment while looking for parking I called and spoke to my nail tech to say I would be a couple of minutes late. She replied that my appointment had been changed and was not with her anymore, it had been changed by the manager to accommodate the ex owner! No phone call to ask if this was ok or to notify

It was more like an oil rub than a massage. She put no effort into it at all. I asked her to apply more pressure but she did it for about thirty seconds.
The salon is lovely and Kate the owner is too but this massage was lousy.
