Lovely work atmosphere but I’m highly disappointed in the experience. In the beginning, a different woman came to start off the pedicure treatment whilst Nazilah was busy tending to another client. And when she scrubbed off the dead-skin, she started aggressively scrubbing near the back of my ankles, causing the skin to come off and it burnt so much in the soapy water and the foot mask. It’s ridiculous as some of the burns were also at the back of my leg (how does that happen?!)
