Was pleasantly surprised when I arrived for my mani/pedi that they also offered threading. The price was too good to pass up - £10 instead of the usual £17-25 I pay in London! Decided last minute to get my eyebrows done and they happily squeezed me in. The service was great - less painful than most threaders, and the results were pristine. Will definitely go back!

Very welcoming by nice friendly staff. Everything ready for my treatment, very clean equipment. Attention to detail and nothing too much trouble. Appointments made so no waiting around. Highly recommend

A friendly welcome with a smile in a bright, pretty and extremely clean salon. All the staff are lovely as well as highly skilled. The standard of work is high and they are very proud of this, rightly so! My daughter and I will be back regularly; Pivoine is a true delight in a city full of mediocre salons.
