The first thing I noticed was how clean and well decorated the salon was. It did actually remind me a bit of a fairy garden (in a classy way). The staff were friendly and professional. They had hand sanitising gel which was really good. My treatment was with Margo who was lovely and clearly very experienced. She explained which products she was using and gave me great advice (and a great chat!). The treatment left my feet super soft as if I’d never had a callous! Would definitely visit again!
Really modern and clean salon! My gel manicure is perfect and they removed my previous gel with lots of care without using acetone. I’m very pleased with it! thank you x

This was my 6th and final Venus freeze under eye treatment.
Wiktoria was not available so another beautician carried out the treatment.
I was wincing in pain because she was so rough and the under eye area is sensitive anyway. She showed no sympathy and found it amusing basically told me not to be a wuss.
The worst part was her ripping out my eyelash extensions where she had taped my eyelashes back. She was struggling to peel the tape so decided to try ripping the tape off quickly (which anyone with common sense should know will have a wax strip effect it’s not a plaster on skin!) I had to tell her to just leave it and I removed it myself causing no further damage.
I lost a lot of lashes and my eyes were streaming but whilst I was wiping them she binned the tape.
It’s taken me a while to actually share this review but it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I’m still very upset over this.
