The haircut itself was so-so, I would have liked more layers but the attention to detail was not there. The hairdresser was competent and friendly enough but considering I was the only person in the salon there wasn’t much of a personal touch. The salon itself was dirty and could do with a freshen up decor wise. I guess that’s why it’s offering discounts. I was also charged £2 more than the price on Treatwell of £28.

No hair product used at all in my hair - really sore when brushing through not sure why no oil etc was used. Hair cut nice though!
