I'm not leaving a one star review because I do feel a lot of effort was put into the manicure, and things could be improved with training / experience. However, quality was very lacking - cuticles were clipped too short even though I asked for them longer as I am prone to bleeding (I bled once during the clipping), and polish was applied patchy and lines were not clean. The soaking tray and UV lamp were also extremely dirty, which made me doubt the overall hygiene standards of the tools, etc.

This is a lovely salon, well priced, and offers good service. Excellent gel manicure and pedicure, friendly but not chatty if you don’t want to chat!

Always an amazing experience at Pixie Nails. The venue is clean, friendly with a good atmosphere. The salon has an array of different colours to choose from. Rona helped to elevate my colour choice with a nice sparkly topcoat. I have been going to Pixie Nails for some time now and have no interest in going elsewhere.
