This was not a good experience. A clearly untrained nail technician started my manicure with dirty hands, using tools pulled from dirty drawers. He didn't go through the standard manicure process, and cut my skin with the cuticle scissors, which he clearly didn't know how to use. At that point I nearly left, but they switched technicians after I said something. I will never go back.
